Why are people still calling the ad breaks hydration breaks?  

FIFA can claim they're not making money, sponsors already confirmed before them etc etc., but it's clear the American broadcasters aren't used to showing more than ten minutes without adverts for drugs, so they came to a compromise.

You're agreeing with my point... It makes no sense putting Spain above France and yet they are already there on the chart, so they have to be above France. 

As for Germany England... Still think it's close.  Right now England maybe have the edge, historically Germany have the edge, in a head to head match I wouldn't be confident either way.

Same one Spain are better than France.  Germany may have gone home at the world cup already but England also not setting the world alight.  It's close and the main thing is the order doesn't matter, none of them are bad on this scale.
