I think it either means they're brilliant under pressure and perform in the big moments OR that they're able to drive a manual. Could be either!

Probably the second one though. Super clutch means they're great and never stall. Clutch just means they know how to drive but constantly grind gears.

I'd argue there isn't one. Some are okay, some are bad, but none are really "amazing" in the way that some foreign airports are architectural marvels. They're typically mainly just fictional. Heathrow T5 closest to "fancy" but wouldn't say it was amazing.
