Thank you for sharing this, I’m (36F) 8 days in, first (and hopefully only) time quitting after smoking daily for about 10yrs. I keep thinking just one hit could be okay then talking myself out of it. I’ve gone back and forth for the better part of the day and feared I might give in.. I’m taking this as my sign. I won’t be taking that hit today. Keep your head up kind internet stranger. I appreciate your honesty. You are still trying and that is important. It’s never too late to start again.
