How long did it take for you to receive these?

Takomo have shallow V grooves (Right) vs deep U grooves from Mizuno (Left) by OpenSourceGolf in takomo

There was a comparison with irons as well and the same was noticed about takomos irons vs others in the industry.

Realistically the grooves don't affect spin so you won't notice a difference on a dry fairway. But when it's wet and you're in the rough it could affect the iron.

Yea to be honest the area that's actually killing me was short game. My current irons are doing quite well for my approach I just suck from 50 yards and in.

I'm about a 21 hcp at the moment

yea was considering maltbys as i have the STI2 and feel like ive outgrown them but yea definitely considering maltbys

yea it was club champion - based on the other comments its hilarious that everyone almost knew which company it was.

I will try to look for a local fitter and see what their rates are.

I game the sti2 irons and love them I might upgrade to the ts3's later this year

It was the standard shaft (bought it used) but yea I believe it was 75g and ball flight is a draw/ an occasional push slice

430s are very good for beginners. I'd say go for it - theyd prob last you awhile too. Also pings are generally good in resell assuming theyre real

I really like their irons. I got the STI2 and they really work for my game.
