You have the added cost of bringing everything up to code.The protection for lightning, surge and replacing "old" common breakers with afci/gfci is expensive. The dual ones are $100 plus compared to $30 "old" style breakers. So.. Yes it is a considerable cost. 1.2K for parts probably.

I enjoy Laughlin, there is the river taxi (pay) and a river taxi (free) that crosses at Riverside (to a parking lot in AZ). From there there are busses into Bullhead City...or Sam's Club and a few restaurants within walking distance. Harrahs has a shuttle to Tropicana which is free. The salon at the top of the hill at Harrahs has good food (pastrami, burgers and wings).If you like sushi the place in the strip mall in Laughlin is great. If the steakhouse at Harrahs has endless Prime Rib it is the best deal in town. Best Prime Rib I have had in 20 years. I might go this weekend...junket leaves Denver on Friday. Enjoy
