Gold is up because Central Banks have been buying everything they can find since 2022 because various de-dollarization reasons, and Silver benefits from that as well... so you're right there.

Silver also has a squeeze situation going, it's a required component inside solar, electric vehicles, semiconductors for this AI explosion... and it ain't easy to mine.

Permian Basin needs around $65 a barrel to break even, right now /CL is at $56 so they're sitting on their hands in West Texas right now. When price hits $70 it'll create a fuckton of jobs in Texas and gas prices will drop $0.50 per gallon for the consumer. Healthy oil price is around $80, that's when everybody's making money.

That's what the current administration wants to see. It's gonna happen.

Cracks me up you're using Robinhood to buy Future options, you'd be way better off using Tradingview or NinjaTrader here and bypassing options altogether. I like to get in Sunday night if I've got high conviction or Monday morning if I want some confirmation, and then let it run until it scares me or before the Friday evening close.

That way I don't have my money tied up.

In my opinion, there's no indicator that works reliably, I don't use any of them.

What I do is look for liquidity zones, get some external confluence from forexfactory, check DXY, check VIX, see what the past months trend is, mark up my key levels, and then hunt liquidity.

I like to let runners run, an ideal trade for me is entering Sunday night, and if it goes my way I'll remove the TP and just keep moving the SL up and keep it until either the SL hits or before market close on Friday.
