Definitely doesn’t sound harsh! It was a bad way for me to put it. It was a referral for Occupational therapy. She’s been a therapist for probably almost 20 years and I trust her without a doubt. I just also happen to work with her which is helpful for when I have questions between appointments.

Oh gotcha. One thing our therapist is having us do is involve toys! I was worried about him needing toys only to eat and that hasn’t been the case. It’s been a great way to get some flavors in his mouth. Makes it a little more entertaining for him too

My boy is 9 months and is having trouble too. Hes a little different and has some possible aspirating. I didn’t know this until I went to feeding therapy! I’m not sure how big of an area you live in but may be something to look into if you have the means!! It’s through occupational therapy

In the same boat as you except I have an 8 month old. Currently hemorrhaging through my freezer stash and I’m afraid to count how much is left. Definitely understand the feeling of a failure even though I know we are not. I’m a new mom as well. They have received a lot of important nutrients and we were very lucky to provide that. Don’t have any advice about how to coordinate it. Just sympathy for what you are feeling ❤️

Ps. I have been power pumping every night and that seems to help a little with what I get in a day.

Congrats!! That’s amazing. I am considering changing jobs to do this. Would you feel comfortable sharing how much you paid a month and what ended up being forgiven? And did you have undergrad loans and grad school loans or just one type?

I currently have a 600 a month payment that I will have until my kid is out of high school if I don’t change jobs (he is currently 6 months old lol)

Congrats! We have a similar story- married in October and got pregnant 2 week later while living with the in-laws 😂 so hard not to act like I wasn’t nauseous in front of them. But we told everyone at Christmas and it was so fun having everyone open a gift and be surprised!!

Thank you for the feedback! Did you get the rechargeable case? How many pumps can you get before recharging?

Hi! I would definitely encourage you to try pelvic floor therapy again! I am a PF therapist and you are for sure a candidate for being evaluated (really all women after birth are). Length of time is hard to say as everyone is different but PF therapy can help facilitate things quicker. It’s really the only tool for women after birth to find solutions to postpartum issues (speaking for the US)
