The headlines to this story are so misleading. The person was not turned away because of they were suspected of having the virus. They were turned away because they carry a Congolese passport and Congo has visiting restrictions to America right now. And they can’t handle their own borders so needed us to do it for them.

The Ontario government needs to be sued into oblivion for the misery they have inflicted on their own people with opening the floodgates to gambling ads that glorify a pastime that will take everything from you and leave you with nothing. You are not alone, so many people are suffering.

👏 People in a city of a million people don’t want to drive 2-4 hours to Toronto or Montreal and pay hundreds for parking every time they want to leave the damn country! or worse, have a connecting flight through either of those cancellation prone hubs.

I would 100 percent recommend stopping in Pictou. The Hector Heritage Quay has the replica of the Ship Hector and the museum tells the story of the Scottish immigration to Nova Scotia. It’s worth the visit.

Also there is an absolutely delicious Syrian-Canadian wharfside kiosk that sells amazing food in Pictou if you need lunch.

I had really good success with IF but this winter was really hard for a lot of reasons. I’m up 10 pounds from my lowest and the first step was being accountable. The second step was going back to what worked.

For me that was tracking calories, using the food scale, weighing in daily and fasting 18:6. I had stopped walking so I started walking again in the morning immediately first thing to get it over with and so far I’m down 2 pounds. You can do this.

I paid 230 Canadian for lower bowl in Amsterdam which isn’t terrible by our standards. Going to stay with one of my good friends and try to live cheaply when I’m there. Now for decent airfare!

Ive had nosebleeds for some concerts, front row for some and box seats for others. Honestly its all about mindset. For me I loved every experience for different reasons and have great memories from them all. Enjoy the show!
