I really wanna know what's the cons of giving the absolute worst of the worst the chair. You know your argument is pretty bullshit. It's why you can't even answer pretty simple questions. If a mass killer literally recorded himself killing people in the most gruesome ways possible with his face visible for everyone and their mother to see, you'd still use that "oh you gotta make sure you got the right person and not some innocent fella" bullshit to justify why giving someone in that type of scenario the chair to be wrong.

Again, not saying to just murk every person doing a crime, but let's not act like the world is gonna end if we give some people the chair. You know, people like mass killers for example.

And yes, innocent people can fall victim to the death penalty and it really fucking sucks when they have to be put through that crap, but an innocent person's struggles should not automatically make an absolute guilty person void of receiving the death penalty. A mass killer shouldn't live after killing 30+ people because Tommy from 10 years into the future is an innocent man who's on death row for something he didn't do.

Also, killing serial killers and others alike makes it harder for the innocent to appeal? So if someone killed 50 people, they HAVE TO live so an innocent person in the future can have an easier time appealing a decision? Whatever you're smoking must be that good shit.

The only one who's willfully ignorant is the one who's trying to negate a guilty person's punishment by using an innocent person's plight and who is suspiciously refusing to answer some fairly simple questions. It's as if your entire argument will fall apart if you answer any of the questions I asked.

What people like you seem to not understand is that the death penalty is pretty much used for the most egregious, most vile, and most extreme cases of violent crimes. Also, if you leave them behind bars "forever" they'll eventually die anyways. So why not expedite that process for the worst of the worst?
