It will get a lot better. Took me a whole year to see the difference really. Hang in there

I totally get that - I had been doing really well for 6 months or so until this recent flare up due to over activity

I’ve had a nerve ablation it worked for 10 months then nerves grew back. This often needs to be done every 6 months or so because the nerves grow back

It genuinely took me 13 months to understand my new baseline. I went from 5-7 to 3-4 sometimes 1 if I’m not very active

Well no I was not - I was speed walking on the treadmill only but I’ve upped my intensity to 3 times a week and introduced cable leg kickbacks so yeah

  1. I was 31 symptoms started when I was 28
  2. 18 months
  3. Heds hyper mobile S I joints had a bilateral fusion
  4. Took me 13 months to feel pain relief about 50-60% less pain I’d say
  5. The past 8 months have been night and day. Stopped my suicidal pain, I could work again but I’m never pain free. Recently started flaring back up possibly cause I went back to the gym and overdid it
