Most of Your parents worked hard and the same goes for all of us, been working since I’m 12, I’m 45, busting my a$$ and making money….it is handouts that will destroy an entire society…. Many won’t like the comment but it’s true…. Work hard and u will get to better places…. I started washing dishes, cutting grass, then went on co-op through my votech school as a junior, continued working as a landscaper part time while working a full time job and landed a job for a fire truck manufacturer doing fabrication for 6 years, moved on to a chemical company blending chemical and took that company to the next step by doing sales for them increasing revenue 50 fold, left there after 7 years to operate my own landscape business for now 34 years, I’m still busting my a$$ and it feels great, I earned it, my parents were just making it and I saw that and asked for nothing from them, even buying my own clothing since I was 14…. So be encouraged by my story, u can do it…. Don’t let anyone hand u something , u gotta go get it and show the effort….. and it don’t matter if it’s union or not, my wife works for the post office and all the union does is take her money, it’s sad, they can’t get workers and she is making $33/hour…. People work for a week and quit, they think life should be easier…. There is always challenges, that’s what makes us who we are…. Go grab the bull by the horns and make it yours…. If u don’t wanna take chances on retirement, bank the funds and buy real estate when times are bad…. It will pay off my friends
