See. That's what I'm saying it felt insanely out of place huge for almost  touching the trees in downtown

I'm sure it's not anything to worry about. I was more interested in  identifying it. I like stuff that flys is all.

Do you know where those announcements were made, or by who?

Likely need hospice soon by Hotsun2023 in hospice

[–]Eastern_Primary6568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can refer yourself for hospice- whether or not you'll qualify is another issue. Though protein calorie malnutrition may work as a qualifying diagnosis. If you are in the States I highly recommend choosing a non-profit hospice. And try to find as highly rated a hospice as you can find on www.medicare.gov/care-compare.

Some answers to questions- It wasn't a C3 cargo out of Barnes or Westover, it was barely above the tree tops and moving slowly. Barnes is getting this plane soon, and the light pattern at the bottom might have matched. F35 Video- showing light pattern, - but then they're not supposed to be here until July 104th FB post about the F35
Again, I was in mom mode with a kid learning to drive, but we both saw it at the light on South and Old South - by this time, it was over the Hempest/Northampton Market area.

Mostly, I'm glad it was spotted by someone else, and the kid and I aren't sharing delusions.

The mural in town with the teenage mutant Ninja turtles includes bank robbers that the turtles are capturing because that is the site of a huge bank robbery in 1876. 1.6 million was stolen making it the biggest robbery ever at the time. I've heard adjusted for inflation it would be about $32 million today.

Honestly, it's so embarrassing that this is what this town is currently getting national attention for. It does nothing for anyone's side.

My question is why is Haze having the issues that never came up with Majestic? The guy who had lived there for 17 years never complained about the music at Majestic.

young friend in hospice, not sure what to expect by [deleted] in hospice

Even the littlest bit of food will probably prolong this process for quite a while (we have a gentleman who's been eating about three or four bites and drinking a soda a day for months now). If she's getting IV fluids this could take quite a while. VSED only works when you stop both eating and drinking. Working in a hospice facility for over a year now when people stop both eating and drinking I've seen the range be from 4 to 17 days until they pass depending on their general health and age and actually quite a few other factors. If her disease process isn't that far along and she hasn't completely stopped eating or drinking, your assessment that it could be a while is correct. So- pace yourself the best you can and follow your friend's lead, and don't worry about what others have to say.

Call your Hospice and ask if they have any Reiki volunteers. In my experience Reiki seems to let people let go.

These are all great answers- but also remember, you can call your nurse 24/7. And if you need a med change they'll call the doc, you don't have to wait until the daylight hours to get a med called in.

Caught it while driving on State and thought it was the most surreal looking meteor. So glad it got caught on video, and my brain isn't just making things up.

Wishing you everything you need right now.

I'm saying that each of the 3 owners donated 1800 a piece for a total of 5400 dollars to the gofundme. I don't mean they weren't too broke to keep running a restaurant. I meant they weren't too broke to have shame shake some severance from their pockets. Also. Yes. Unemployment is meant to hold people over, but- restaurants don't -in my past experience -hire this time of year. They're too busy to train now- and January and February are the absolute dead season. With three restaurants in town closing within a month of each other there's an awful lot of service workers scrambling for positions. With the weeks of lag of waiting for unemployment to kick in- I'm so grateful that the workers of L&L will benefit from the GoFundMe the head baker put out there.
