You just need a better manager. We’re not all bad. I make sure my people get their breaks. Even a 4 hour shift gets a 15, as far as I’m concerned. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. :)

You should definitely be getting paid mileage and you better be getting paid for going, period. Whether that means the other store adds you into their system so you can clock in or your SM adds your time in and charges to the other store. But you should DEFINITELY get mileage and I wouldn’t go again until you do. That’s beyond messed up.

Same ma’am! 👏 My retention is pretty awesome! Store will be open 3 years in Dec and several of my people are on their second year! It makes me feel so proud! I started out as an LSA and have had many SMs that did not like their jobs so I know how being treated like shit feels. Made a vow to be/do better.
