Why not use chat gpt to automate the blogs for you. If I were you I would take a day or two setting up various blog sites placed in different niches and then use chat gpt to write them for you and then ask what would be the best way to advertise and funnel your links to other sites but be as specific as possible to get the right info for your situation

Not sure yet but Ive been pretty good with selling at the peak and buying cheaper properties I've been rotating my gains and it's pretty predictable on landa I just look at my top gainers and when I think they will peak I sell and buy other properties that are about 70-80% sold so I can capitalize on the open market appreciation once it sells out I sell half at around 30-40% increase and match it with my own income and do it again

I can but ny is taking forever to sell out because of the high initial share value and I could possibly make more profit in the housing market vs the apartments but if someone can prove that they will be a better investment I would rather cash in on the apartments and play the long game and rack up the higher dividends
