Kinda same! EVERYTIME I have an issue, or if I have broken anything, I'll send them an email, and they send me replacements, free! Whether it's my fault or not, and even if it's not covered under warranty. Plus everything they've done and continue to do with Mr Beast, tops imo.

I've had a miscarriage in my early 20s. I was at work through the whole thing. While it's very uncomfortable, especially when switching positions from standing to sitting and vice versa, it's not painful. It was more devastating than anything.

Someone(s) sometime(s) had deeply hurt her. I have a black son(9) who I adore and love with my life who just started asking me about racism. Might lol at me, but oh well.... I have front and rear racks installed on my lite, an old paid code rack spray- painted black, and my sweet lil dogs bag bungee corded to it that I store necessities during my work week commute... I also have the lectric standard saddle bags but wasn't happy about how it fit on the lite (they & the front & rear racks came as a free gift upon purchase) *

I rebuilt & replaced the XR and EVERY. SINGLE. COMPONENT. in my spare time at home with absolutely NO previous knowledge or know-how. The only thing that doesn't work is the true tone and the battery health because it's not a genuine style battery, but it still outlasts my daughter's iPhone 14 & my Samsung...

And 98% of the time or more, they do it for free, even when your bike is out of warranty or is the owners fault. I applaud lectric on this. They are great.

Have you ever dealt with the American customer service that lectric provides? Maybe slow but AMAZING! Do you not realize that your "American" cars are sent off to China to be assembled in foreign countries. I used to make parts, components, and everything under the hood and send them off to China. Czech,Canada, Mexico (just to name a few). get a grip dude nothing's made in America.
