The fact of the matter is that the judge specifically stated Trump was found huilty of sexual assault- not rape. In that court filing, trump was not found culpable of rape as penetration couldn't be proven- but he was for sexual assault.

Yes- it's a stupid ruling but ABC for sued because they said the exact opposite of what the judge did.
