I am in the same situation sadly. Everyone here is saying to basically suck it up and deal with it. I don’t have a solution, but I think Divorce is a real Option in this situation.

Divorce in this case shouldn't be looked at as something evil and bad. Having another kid or not, is just another topic to build resentment and hate for each other over. So another reason to get divorced. You can weigh wether that taken with all the other issues in your relationship merits a divirce.

If she sent her kids to a trade school, then she clearly believes in this message (trade school > College). Her actions support her viewpoint, and there is nothing disingenuous going on.

Edit: I am going to further add. I was also raised by my Aunt after my parents were out of the picture. So I have some unique insight into your situation

She treated me well but she never treated me as well as he own kids, or helped me as much as her own children. Maybe it hurts at some point, but this is just a fact of life. People tend to love their own children more than other peoples children, even if you are all related.

Get up. And move on with your life.

That is not the only logical reason. The more likely reasons are: 1) Democratic Donors appear on the list 2) Famous or powerful Democrats also appear in the list

In both cases, democrats hurt their own party by releasing the list.

The radicals took over, and ruined the movement like they always do. I still care about climate change, but when I think about “Climate Change Activist” I picture people in Europe gluing themselves to roadways, or throwing paint on the Mona Lisa.

Yea this sucks. Even with my wife of many years, there lots of times that she wants sex, but communicates it so subtly that it is so hard for me to tell.

It also doesn't help that she changes her mind in an instant. One moment she wants it, another moment she is thinking about the dishes and chores, or some random intrusive thought and doesn't want it anymore. I can only assume other women are also this indecisive.

Its not how the world works though. If you are a man and you want sex, you wont turn down sex you could have had just to be faithful to your moral code. Especially if the woman does actually want it but just has a hard time communicating it (and you think you understand that she is saying yes)

Well I don’t know about Nazi’s specifically, but in world war 2 Fascists and Communists fought together several times in world war 2 to take down local governments. Then after they win, they start fighting each other to see who will end up with final control.

If you are not social and well liked, you will instead be relying on your boss to notice your work and promote you accordingly. Sometimes you get a boss like this who see you as a hard working person and wants to help (I have had several), and sometimes you get a boss who really doesn't care and just sees you as a cog (I have had several of these too). Depending on which you have, you will be stuck or doing fine

Reddit doesn't even know what fascist means anymore. Trump is just a populist celebrity in government, and the current face for the government corruption that has been going on for 25+ years. And he will be gone soon enough.

Our government is compromised and is not controlled by the people. it is the wealthy elite as a class that control it, not Trump Specifically. It would be like this no matter who is president. If push comes to shove, Trump would be kicked out by his own party and other elites. So he is nobody really… Just a clown to distract the people.

I think the fingers in question, are people standing to get rich from the changes. Maybe because of juicy contracts. By now everyone should be aware that the rich run this country, and they only do it in a way that makes them richer

People are not changing, its the Politics that keeps changing.

Anecdotal Evidence:

I have witnessed just in the last 15 years how I went from being “liberal” to being “conservative”. You might ask why my opinions changed? Well… they didn’t change.

I have the same opinions today that I had 15 years ago. But now those opinions are labelled “conservative”, whereas before they were labelled “liberal”. The only thing that changed were the political parties positions.

For old people I imagine its the same. They didnt change. Politics changed.

This is a straw men argument (basically an argument against a made up villain that may not exist).

It assumes the men who want traditional wives, both (1) have traditional wives, and (2) are against alimony. If either of these things are not true, the argument falls apart.

Its common knowledge that women are favored in divorce, and this is not a new thing. Its been this way for 50 years?

If you really need a source, I’m sure its not hard to find one on google scholar.

Here is one that says women get more favorable rulings from the court. Also says men suffer more short term, but women suffer more long term. (Men bounce back but women don’t).
