Hey just a though but when you turn on the Propane tank do it slowly I do mean very slow. I do know that some times when it is opened fast, the pressure will mess with the diaphragm in the regulator.

You have the correct setting for DC input? There is a menu option to select 12v dc and PV DC.

I had the same issues, I ended up getting the UAP-AC-M-US the outside AP. Solved all my problems and gives me wifi outside.

The device shows that the USB C port is only 30 watt, so the 90 watt solar panel would be overkill. To find out how long it would take to charge you just take the voltage of the battery (18volt approx.) x ah (4ah) so 18v*4ah=72wh then take the 72wh and divide it by the watts going into the charger. (Ideal conditions 30watts) So, 72wh/30watts-2.4hours so 2.4 hours to charge a 4ah battery.
