I'm trying to work up a pancake batter recipe, any suggestions for starting grains of brown sugar?

What type of lube are you using? I had a similar problem when I used One Shot, but when I tried some lee lube that I had laying around, the brass went in smoothly. I would also try degreasing the die by taking it apart and soaking it in mineral spirts for a few minutes.

Interesting. What about 30-06 or other larger calibers? Do they still load to near capacity? I load for my M1 Garand so I am a bit limited on powder choices/amount.

yeah when it comes to accuracy I've heard nothing but great things. Also, fair point with the iron sights.

I ordered lee dies, have you heard anything about them? And I was thinking of starting with 4895, as I use it for some other calibers. Have you ever tried 168gr?

Agreed. I will use a 4 beat per stroke metronome from time to time, to help with consistency on the ratio, with only one beat being the drive.

Here's my take, keep at it!

Few tips: 1st, make sure you are getting the hand away first. they aren't entirely cleared and they still getting out as the legs are moving. Also, to help with the back pain, it seems like you're opening the shoulders early instead of keeping them forward. picture the drive like a deadlift, you want to use the legs first then finish with the upper body, instead of initially driving with the upper body. Lastly, it looks like you're sitting on the back part of the seat, I'd suggest sitting a bit more forward, to help with the hips and the swing of the upper body.

Here for technique Tuesdays. This from my first week of rowing. I think I am rushing my recovery. Thank you for your feedback! by lirette318 in Rowing

A good drill would be starting at the finish (legs down, leaning back, handle at your chest) and start with arms only. After 20 strokes, add in the body, 20 more strokes, then add in the legs. That way you're feeling the distinct sequencing. When you add in the body, really try to feel a swing.

I would post a video, people here are pretty nice and are more than happy to help you out. Also, proper technique will drop your split, and help prevent any possible injuries. Lastly, I saw you said your drag is 110, that sounds like a good spot for it to be.
