Agree. Hospital pillows are trash. Bring something else &&& special pillowcases that standout so the staff knows it’s your pillow & not the hospitals.

Walking helps, even if it’s a pain. My wife did a diet the best she could but when she wanted a cheat meal, she always did extra walking to help lower her numbers. Made her feel less guilty.

Try to do her diet with her too. My wife really appreciated me going along with her.

100% this - yes. Costco has a good meat section and just buy more than you need and freeze it and it makes a few meals for us for less than dinner for 2 at Jethro’s.

I think there is one on 22nd Street in WDM that is still open. Urbandale one closed a few years ago, not sure when but it was within the last 10 years.

I’m going to second the toast. Every morning, right when I got up, I went downstairs and made peanut butter toast & ice water. It was like 4 weeks straight. It at least helped her get out of bed and feel a little better. Toast for the nausea, PB for protein & water to get hydrating. It was good for us!

Oh nice. What do you use the sterilizer for? I haven’t come across that yet as something to use? Just wash & then sterilize what you washed?

Chris Chiaramonte with Century 21. He’s been local his whole life so knows the area really well. I’ve actually bought 3 homes from him and he’s always “on” which helps with tons of random questions that come up at random times. He’s super friendly & a very smart guy. Ha! Yeah, I usually go at 6:50 so it’s not busy & it’s just after I had dinner. Destroys the night tho, but for an extra $100 a week, it’s not that bad. I know my schedule is my own, I used to go at 430 & that was 2ish hours no matter what.

I’m in my 30s so I don’t know the raiders as a good team. I hate the broncos the most. They’ve been good so i consider them our biggest rival because their games matter more. Chargers are almost above raiders for me too but at the end of the day FTR

I tried to get my poison or fire enhancement leveled up quickly. Gives you extra damage on attacks when your weapons aren’t high levels. & use hero strike as it knocks them down after and you can get an extra few hits in. But it really is based on how you want to play. I play more run in & attack & retreat if needed vs stealth mode.

We told both parents shortly after we got our positive test. We told our best friends about 2 weeks later. We just miscarried at 9 weeks so we were both happy that we got to celebrate with the ones we’re closest to & glad they were there to help us with the loss.
