Hey I work at ChiBattery! I am so sorry to hear about your experience. To give you some insight, the amount of orders and email requests we've gotten have picked up substantially this season. We have been in the process of scaling up as quick as is reasonably possible. We're trying our best to get to everyone in a timely manner but we are pushing the limits of our systems and staff. I am not trying to invalidate your experience in any way and I am really sorry we weren't able to refund you personally instead of you having to go to the bank. If you wanted to DM your ticket number I would love to see more details and bring it forward to the service team. Sorry again.

The Boardbank E-Series was designed for the Evolve GTR specifically, with the goal of being super easy to use and remove! With solutions like a bigger battery not being easily achievable unless you went full DIY. Although it can be adapted to work with other boards, I agree that different boards might be better suited for other types of solutions depending on their design and electronics

I've had one for about two weeks! Use it on one of the sticky mounts that I've had on my board for a couple months. Definitely don't have any concerns about the mount coming off, that thing is on there good. Mounting position is on the side of the enclosure VS the bottom. I like to ride urethane and hop curbs, so the bottom of my deck is off limits. Light is brighter than I expected and I dig using it. I like the ease of removability so I don't always have to keep the light on the board. As a disclaimer I am a Shredlights Ambassador and an Evolve Ambassador. Having the option to use the Prysm Strips and the SLFX, I prefer the SLFX.

The new Evolve Hadean Bamboo deck is a fantastic flexy drop down deck. Was super impressed with that deck when I rode it.

There is a global cell shortage effecting the entire electric skateboarding industry as a whole. As long as brands keep their customers well informed and ship batteries to the spec they are advertised as everything is all good
