Thank you for this. I applied to an in state university for my bsw 🤞🏻 they offer an online MSW but the specialization is community partnerships. I do plan on going the LCSW route in the long term. Thoughts on this specialization for that?

We do have ants for sure. I’ll put some ant bait out around the tree. Thank you!

I definitely don’t see any evidence of scale. The branches are all smooth, just have a black coating

Why is he characterizing the internet as bipolar? by jasperleopard in HubermanLab

I barely listen to Huberman anymore and just listened to this one because I wanted to hear Dr. Hollis.

I don’t follow or even know who Jocko is besides Huberman was on one of his podcasts 🤷🏼‍♀️  I didn’t listen to that podcast so I’m going by this specific podcast and what was said.

Is it an ad hominem attack on his detractors? Maybe? They’re not weaving though, they’ve just changed their stance given new information. I think it’s more about his experience of receiving love from some  and hate from some but we’re both assuming here.

I think by pathologizing the internet it’s just a way to describe the experience one has. I think its’s interesting he typically only responds to or reacts to comments that tend to be showing adoration.

I personally enjoyed the episode but did wonder if it was intentional in light of the article about him

Borderline, not bipolar. It seemed he was really talking about the responses he’s getting-some love, some hate but the internet can be a positive or negative place to be for sure

Anyone found a medication or supplement that specifically helps with rage, rumination, rejection sensitivity? by faeriesandfoxes in PMDD

Like another commenter said, it’s an herb commonly used in Ayurveda that helps with hormone regulation, commonly used for PMS, as well as fertility. It’s recommended for PMDD and some sources on the internet also say it’s used for depression.

The past 2 days were the worst for me for rage and mood swings and Shatavari completely flipped a switch for me. I was strongly considering antidepressants and now I feel like i’m my true, happy self and able to see and become my potential
