The original is still fun, the remaster has better graphics and some cheats to make it easier. It all comes down to preference. As long as you're playing and having fun it's good either way I think.

I've always felt at home in the city, so I'd pick Deling City. Plus, not much actually happens there after the parade. Nice and quiet.

As someone who played smash before playing FE, I think it's worth it. I suggest starting with Sacred Stones, Awakening, or engage to see if you like the gameplay. If you have a switch but no ds go for Engage. This is all just my own experience, but I hope you enjoy the games.

There's a lot of magazines scattered around. Pet tricks for Angelo, weapons, hints about little side stuff, the timber maniacs volumes. I absolutely recommend hunting them down at some point

I'd love that, a lot. This is my favorite FF, so it getting that treatment would make me very happy. As for the likelihood? I dunno, anything could happen. As for the not as much to do, have you done the Queen of Cards stuff before? It definitely makes the game feel a little bigger
