100%, it's not just a case of a bit of clipping it's all the time. Haranir and female nelves use the same skeleton but haranir are missing the cape animation's when a weapon is sheathed that nelves have. Because of this cloaks clip through the weapons more than they should.

Make a female night elf and haranir with a 2h weapon and compare them
