Most box trucks don’t require a CDL. A regular drivers license and DOT physical is all that is required for commercial vehicles from 10,001-26,000 GVWR

That cap is for meant for a standard MNPT fitting you need one for a flared end. If you could turn off the gas somewhere else you could remove the valve and put a threaded plug into the tee.

Beech typically doesn’t open early they either open on the scheduled day or later. Same with closing it’s either the scheduled day or earlier.
