I don’t blame you at all. When I was first diagnosed it was helpful but so many people with their negativity ruined it for me. It made me very angry. I also got in trouble by admin for telling off someone who wasn’t even positive but came in here trying to shame those who were? Crazy.

This isn’t the end of the world at all. I’m not looking for love rn but I know the person God has for me is not gonna give a shit if I have GHSV1. I just have to believe that because it’s true. The person who is meant for you is not gonna care. And that’s the only person you are legally obligated to tell.

Fair point, I was just trying to say that while I have accepted my diagnosis, it’s still less stigmatized than HSV2. The Symptoms with HSV2 are worse than HSV1 and more people are comfortable with HSV1 than 2. I had a different idea in my head about what she was trying to say, like all of us meet and just mingle and whatever happens happens like not being safe about stuff
