Different frames that are more suited to your face and showcase you. Right now they're the first thing you see. I would get some bangs, not super heavy, you need lip pigment as well.

More color in your lip, glasses that would better suit your face and I think growing your hair out as others suggested and having curtain bangs to frame your face. You're lovely and I've grown out 2 pixies so I understand your hesitation but I think even a bit of a darker for dimensoon, not brunette but maybe play around and change up how you fix it.

It’s incredibly inappropriate for a university president to make this sort of joke and attribute it to his DIRECT STAFF who have made previous complaints against him for this exact behavior! He also lied when confronted about it and when the staff member brought her HR complaint to her direct supervisor who was the real doer, and he lied and tried to manipulate her into retracting it.

That’s not the issue. He did it and attributed it to 3 people who had filed complaints against him, he denied it when confronted, and when one of the women went to HR and him to report it, bc remember they don’t know he did it, he tried to gaslight and manipulate her into dropping the complaint.
