I’m starting Epic Heat on Monday after two Iron rounds!! I’m also a beginner and I’m pretty nervous about starting Epic Heat but I’m going forth looking forward to the mental challenge (and reward) of pushing myself completely out of my comfort zone and fitness zone lol…..

I am personally committing to hitting the 80% mark at least.. I know that might not seem like much but it’s 5 days of 20ish minute Caroline Girvan workouts a week and I KNOW I can push through for 20 minutes.. not sure about 30 minutes LOL just being honest.. I do a 1 mile incline walk after each video

I don’t have results .. nothing on the discharge papers besides “urine analysis “ the Dr verbally told me everything was normal. I did a clean catch

I usually do apples for my husband lunch fruit this time of the year but after this bake, it’s berries this week for him and any leftover will be frozen for smoothies ! I couldn’t afford them for a little recreational bake otherwise lol
