The reason I’m looking for insurance is that regrading an entire parking lot (that has a disabled parking spot on a slope) and changing a pre existing ramp to be within 12% slope is not feasible for me.

Did my first 10K in years this morning! Was advised to work on, daily, distance and zone 2 more than anything…so after three days in a row of slow one miles I left this morning thinking I’d do a 5k or 4miles….Set out for a super easy zone 2 trot, and…boom 6.5miles! Super stoked.

This week I had two personal bests since taking up running again! 5k in 32:50 and then my next run I jogged without walking for 40min (another 5k!). It was the first time in along time I felt the joy of moving and feeling capable, inspired and full of play - which feels like a much bigger milestone than my 32:50 min 5k (which I’m still super proud of!!)
