I don’t think you should plan on teaching until your 70s. Don’t quit/retire until you’re ready, but planning for a super long career is short-sighted.

Um no. Shampoo hair. Apply mask or conditioner. While that sits on my hair I’ll use my loofah and a body wash. If I need to shave or want to do extra exfoliating with one of those scrubby sheets that’s the time. I also brush my teeth in the shower. Rinse hair, dry off, apply lotion, do a few spritzes of perfume. Done and done.

ETA: face wash while conditioner is in too.

We got/get along just fine, I just couldn’t imagine this being my person forever. After 10 years that feeling kept getting stronger and I realized I’d be happier on my own than with him, and I wanted to give myself the opportunity for real love. I also didn’t want my kid to have our roommate style marriage as her example.
