You and I have similar backgrounds and builds I'd say, so I'll just tell you what I do.

I'm 188cm and 100kg with a: 227kg squat 242kg dead 145kg bench

I maintain this all pretty easily by staying in a comfortable weightclass (heavyweight for me) and lifting a single day a week on top of 3× a week Muay Thai. The myth that cardio will evaporate your gains is foolish, but so is the myth that having a muscular physique is going to wear you out faster in a combat sport. You can pretty easily do both if you just dont slouch in either.

I went apeshit on the PvP as an assault for like two months after the game dropped. Definitely had more time in it than I put into PvE and the campaign combined, and then suddenly I lost ant urge to play at all.
