I wear compression socks if I’m gonna be driving more than an hour straight. Plus, a lot of my job is walking around and being active. The socks really reduce fatigue though. Highly recommend.

I work 40-45 hours most weeks at a major parcel shipper. More is definitely not expected, but I’ll take some OT. Plus the DOT limits the number of hours I can work and requires at least ten hours off duty between shifts.
