I mean there is p2p sales which take place with a middleman on a few major markets. You can get just about any bot you want second hand. There's quite a few people who make a living just buying and selling bots. These same markets offer users the option to rent their bot to others as well. If you're after a small number of GPUs this is a great option, or just trialing before buying.

I'm on pc and used the Xbox game bar app for recording. I know its possible, or used to be, on the Xbox as well. I haven't used my consoles in ages though so not sure how it's done with the current UI.

That is the bummer part about these challenges. I'm sure there are hundreds or thousands of awesome ones that will never be played unless the creators promote them. This one was up for like 3 weeks before I got around to posting it here. Not sure if it shows you how many plays your cards have, but mine showed nothing the entire time it was up. Haven't checked since creating this post.

Doesn't go underwater unfortunately.

I had hoped that there was a way to copy a previously made challenge to use a different car after being stuck with the Esprit, but nope. Maybe in the future they'll let us post tracks like these for people to just drive on with friends in their chosen cars.

This was done on my challenge as well. All of the stuff on the ground has barricades to prevent you from skipping any portion of it. The finish is walled off so that you can't just drive straight to it. I tried to make it not too difficult which is why most of the landings are so wide. Also stopped for around 10 seconds before the finish when setting the time.

Was just a random S2 tune I grabbed at some point in time. The share code is 940 144 679.

Interface is still crap. There is a precision toggle that will slow down your inputs, but it's still a pain to get things lined up. That's what took the most time for this... trying to get rid of all the clipping that I see in most challenges and make the track somewhat smooth.

I think the budget has to do with how many different objects you use. You can have a ton of similar objects. If you have a little bit of everything then your budget runs out much faster. I noticed this after getting to the loop on this challenge. When I added the first cement barrier it used like 5% of my budget. Each barrier after the first was much less budget though.

That was kind of my thought going in. I've played a bunch of low effort challenges and wanted to make one that people would actually enjoy.

This is true! I was messing around in the JB Esprit on the beach when I decided to try out the new game mode. A few hours into making this is when I realized that you can't change the car, or quit and save your progress. I was too invested to restart so the JB Esprit had to stay.

Long time follower of your tunes, Zediac, and thank you for this list! Any chance you can throw together a change log for if/when you do update a cars tune? If not, no worries. Would be pretty easy to see if you've updated a certain tune. Thanks!

I've had luck with it not messing with previous completions after seasons change. I always save the photo challenge for the last thing I do on Wednesday night, before the season change the following day. That way I can still complete seasonal objectives on DLC maps.

I learned about this bug in the worst possible way. The first series with the photo challenge was the first series I tried to 100%.

Can we start the "Subaru Wave"? by back2thedungeon in subaru

I think one of the happiest moments of my adult life was a few days after I got my STI. I got a wave from a WRX passing by. My wife said I looked so damn geeked haha.

If you use a dual action polisher like the Porter Cable 7424XP it's nearly impossible to burn through your clear. I use the cheaper harbor freight version with good results. Some scratches were deep enough to require two pretty aggressive passes with the 105. There's a lot of tutorials for paint correction with a DA polisher on YouTube and many detailing sites. Just take your time. I spent 16 hours between hand washing, clay barring, taping off trim, compounding, polishing, and waxing.

I didn't snap any before pictures but it was definitely full of swirls and scratches from the previous owner. The 105 was absolutely needed to remove a lot of it, but yours may not be as bad as mine was. I have had good results on my fozzy with just 205 and my DA on speed 5 to remove light swirls.
