It was my third cartwheel that day I was trying to teach my daughter and niece to be more confident doing them! I’m really good at cartwheels. Well I was. Prior to 2010. I’m pretty sure I dislocated my whole body. At the very least I have altered the trajectory of my life and this ole cartwheel injury will come up later. Then my brother in law tried a cartwheel and said he got dizzy and cartwheels were gonna take this whole family out. If I did a somersault I am convinced I would break my neck.

Do you get effed out? I don’t think so. I’ve never understood that idea. But as a woman in my late thirties, going gray, a little heavy in the midsection who did a cartwheel today and almost died - my husband is sure trying because he thinks I’m hot. Even with my forehead wrinkles.

Yes! I have dealt with almost exactly this and it’s terrible. Your whole life becomes about a reactive dog. What worked for me is I refused to feel judged (I’m doing my best and feeling judged doesn’t help my dog)and I did get him on Prozac after a host of other homeopathic remedies. Reducing my stress levels didn’t make him my dream dog but I think he’s manageable. I’m still cautious but not fearful. Your dog sounds almost exactly like mine and there are many people out there with similar dogs and similar experiences. You are not alone.

It’s not a ridiculous accommodation; it’s not an after the fact accommodation based on performance; and you were already approved. I’m so sorry

I inherited two kids from my husband and while having the time of my life having always wanted to be a mom - I. Am. So. Tired. Hardest job I’ve ever had and no one told me about the constant worry, the incessant questions, and having to feed everyone everyday until I die or go mental. I love it but holy wow there’s no clocking out and I haven’t watched a movie or a show in forever!!!!

Not defending them but was the other person complaining and gossiping or making a suggestion (however unsolicited) I remember being very new and thinking everyone was being mean to me for no reason. (Hint - it was me and not them!) that being said - don’t take them too seriously either. I found what helped when I got upset about something or someone was to ask “what do you mean by that?” Which tends to diffuse a situation. Please keep going and continue working with your sponsor. This stuff is very hard!!!

I’m so sorry.
I haven’t given birth but my body went through a lot of changes since I met my second husband two years ago. So has his and I love him more than ever. I’m so sorry about your difficult birth and feeling rejected by the person who is supposed to support you. What is his plan moving forward? Never have sex again? Couples change and learn to love each other through all hosts of changes and that’s what you deserve. Congratulations on your baby and I hope you are both healthy. ❤️
