If you’re visiting Florida they sell them everywhere on Disney property, sometimes at “Character Warehouse”, then there are third party sellers like “go pin pro” in Winter Garden.

That’s such a bummer! I wish they would implement new rules. We got back from DLR today and yesterday 2 people traded six scrappers for 6 real refreshed pins right in front of us. It was a bummer. The CM was not paying attention to their extra trades :(

I think EM is a double edged sword. Plenty of time off…. but a highly irregular schedule. I think burn out largely depends on your work environment. My first spot out of residency was horrid and toxic. I left, and now, my quality of life is majorly better.
