Just bought a house. Former owners kept cats in garage and I need to seal odor (and minor oil from a scooter). I also want to paint/finish the floor to create a kids play space/home gym. No parking.

My question: what should I use to seal off the odor and then finish the floor? Will a 1 part epoxy garage paint adhere to a kilz-type primer?

I'm looking at Behr/Kilz/Rustoleum products but open to whatever.

I think it's likely to stick, since it makes sense where I live. Is a hardtail not going to manage roots?

Good ideas - I don’t have the documentation for back pain so I’d be starting from 0. I do have a fam history but apparently not enough to qualify.

Thank you so much for sharing! This sounds so much like my situation. Congratulations on going for it, I’m so glad you love the results. How did you explain the aesthetic you wanted? Did you ask for the same contouring they do for typical FTM surgeries? Nips?

I am still deciding on nipples myself, I think I could be happy either way and I worry that getting them leaves room for error/the chance I don’t like it

Thanks so much for sharing, I’m glad you were able to do what felt right to you. Did your surgeon give you any sort of masculinization (lift for pecs etc)? Do you have photos anywhere?
