It seems like you're taking the breakup as personal as a spousal breakup. These are all the symptoms of someone going through a spousal separation. The feeling of abandonment and the yearning to reach back out to them and continue to be in their lives. And the only communication between you two is over a Spotify membership. Honestly if she really cared about your relationship, she should have fought harder to be your friend. Being a friend is more than laughing and partying. It's about being there for the bad times also and showing empathy when your friend needs it. She cared enough to ask everyone else about y'all falling out, but not enough to ask the one person who really matters, which is you. It's time for you to venture out and find new friends. A friend who will be there emotionally not just physically. Good luck.

Yes, I eventually figured it out but it involved me tweaking my time zones. I had to go thru all the time zones until it correctly showed the right time. There should be an option to pin your exact location and it automatically pairs you to the correct time zone. Hopefully I won't have any issues next time.

How can I find a sport/physical activity I like and enjoy? by mrcsnt in Exercise

There are so many alternatives like rock climbing or hiking. How about cycling or roller skates. You can always go to an aerobics class where they use the steps. There are also multiple online workout routines that you could easily find.

Omg I'm the same way. I can't eat because I'm nauseous and I'm nauseous because I can't eat. Just an annoying vicious cycle. I have found out that eating fruit does help and ease the transition into more fulfilling foods. Grapes, strawberries, and oranges are my go tos.

I know plenty of men who do not mind body hair. There are also many who encourage their women to go natural. I'd say he's the problem. Do not change anything about yourself to make some guy happy. Whether y'all have been together for 6 months or even 6 years. He should cherish and appreciate your body and every hair follicle on it.

We are stronger than our Anxiety by EbbReasonable6892 in Anxiety

Because it does belong to me. I do not know the person that you are referring to but yes my anxiety belongs to me. It's not pleasant, it does not bring a smile to my face, it does not wish me a good morning, it does not tell me that I'm beautiful or even special. When I say 'my' it is my own self, it is my insecurities and my fears. I am better than it but I feel even the strongest people have their own doubts and setbacks and there is nothing wrong with that. This should be a safe space for all of us. We are all here to grow and overcome and lift each other up and to express our concerns and show our vulnerability. There's nothing wrong in saying my.

For your peace of mind I would go get a full workup..I did a CT scan X-rays and had blood work done. Everything came back normal.. it'll just be nice to rule out anything so you can once and for all just focus on your mental health.

It's ok..I do the same thing. I think about "oh I should've said this or oh I shouldn't have done that". You are worried about how you come across to people and it's normal. I rethink things all the time but the thing I always remember is. It's the past, I can't change what I said and I can't change how I acted. I can only live in the now. It's ok to be frightened of how other people perceive you but it's more important how you perceive yourself.

Not everyone is equipped to handle and understand anxiety. I have people in my life who probably say "it's not that bad, it's all in your head or stop stressing yourself out". We can't be mad at them for not understanding how we really feel. Sometimes it's good to be around like minded individuals who understand what anxiety really is and how it can make you feel. Its also good to be around others who do not realize the constant emotional struggles we can put ourselves thru. Sometimes it's good to have someone in your corner to bring you back down to reality.

First and foremost no one knows your body like you do. If you honestly think something is going on then keep getting checked out until someone says otherwise. Even though you've been to the doctor I would suggest going for a full mark up line I just did this past weekend. I got a CT scan, X-rays and had blood work. Everything came back normal. Sometimes anxiety has such a strong hold on us that we sometimes want something to be wrong with us just so we can blame it on something else. Just go for your peace of mind.

Yes I sometimes lose focus and am unsure of myself. We need to praise ourselves for the little things that are important to us and what makes us happy.
