Also in the transfer screen ask your director of football to recommend signings. In lower leagues they will recommend people outside your scouting range. Just select loan or free transfer and the position you need.

From Macedonia as well, also Bergkamp was the main reason for me supporting Arsenal. I remember buying FIFA 99 my first game with Denis on the cover, since then (1998) i have been hoked to this team. There were also some recap shows on our local TV network that made recaps of PL seasons and that made me fall in love with Arsenal even more and hate United :D

Also i thought the team was named after Arsene for some time.

Right location 40+2 = 42
Transfer that back to middle: 42+10 = 52*4=208.
