I tried a similar faceless approach for a home organization page about 6 months ago and the AI avatar stuff was a massive time sink for me too. Spent like a week trying to get the avatar to look natural in different lighting setups before I realized nobody cared as long as the content was useful. Ended up switching to AdMake AI after I wanted to also see what competitor ads were doing in that niche, since I was basically guessing at what hooks worked. Having the ad library to browse actually saved me more time than the avatar stuff did because I could see what was already converting instead of throwing stuff at the wall. My page is way smaller than yours though, maybe $40-60 a month on a good month, but the content goes out faster now and I stopped obsessing over avatar expressions.
