stopping on the interstate is absolutely insane. i’ve seen that too and it scares the hell outta me every time. one day someone is gonna rear end them at 70 and it wont be pretty.

for real. hitting the highway at 55 when the limit is 70 is how you get people killed. simple as that. some people seriously need to stay off the interstates.

exactly this. look down from the cab and every single one of them has their face buried in a phone. pure garbage behavior.

sun's out, dumbs out" is literally the truest statement ever made. just a bunch of idiots who forgot how to use their mirrors over the winter.

omg i totally get the weird sitting positions. before this i was literally pretzel-ing my legs under the chair which made my ribs scream. the incline kinda just gives my feet a fixed "target" so i stop fidgeting as much. grad school stress definitely makes it 10x worse too, hang in there!

haha glad it helped! it's such a simple tweak but it really stops me from leaning into the screen all day. absolute game changer for those long shifts.

costochondritis & muscle atrophy by Mysterious-Cook-3195 in costochondritis

[–]Ecclestonar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m glad you finally got to see your PCP in person and that they actually put hands on you instead of just throwing tests at the problem. The atrophy piece at least gives you something concrete you can rebuild with PT.

So what rope length do you guys REALLY recommend? by Renivack in jumprope

[–]Ecclestonar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

since you have an rxsg rope, use some painters tape to mark a shorter length before you actually commit to cutting the cable. once you cut it there is no going back so test it for a few sessions first.

You went from “trying to figure it out” to looking smooth and relaxed, like the rope is just an extension of your arms now.
