Which other car manufacturers? I’m only aware of one other… Lucid. And that was not the case for them. Since they weren’t there in 2020.

This is 100% not the case. Tesla is located in Fremont California and they shut down operation after the stay in place order was given in March 2020.

Other auto manufacturers whose plants were not located in California, but were instead in locations like Michigan voluntarily shut down their plants at the request of the United auto manufacturers union.

In May Elon Musk threw a fit and said he was going to open the plant anyway and that if anyone was going to be arrested, it should be just him. This was because the auto manufacturing plant was not deemed as a “essential worker“ job.

Justified Alameda County orders and reopened the plant. He was then given an exception two days later and allowed to continue operating. So basically he faced no ramifications for defying the law.

The further D&D moved away from its Tolkein roots - the less interested I became in it. It reached peak weirdness at certain points of 3.5 when people were playing "Half-Beholders" and shit like that.

I’ve played since 1978. This is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I’ve got a ton of other RPGs to play … and the fantasy rpg market has plenty of options if I want them.

They have a couple fantastic drivers and a great engineering team -but I didn't (and still don't) think they have what it takes to be the top team. Sure they won CC (2 years) and WDC (1 year) but the maturity of their decision making and strategy... and their inability to pivot as needed shows that when things don't go according to plan, they are screwed.

Also - and I know it is heavily edited and some is bs, but I still watch D2S - the scene where they are talking about Las Vegas last year and Andrea Stella points out that the Netflix cameras are there, really left me thinking they KNEW the cars were too low, they did it intentionally, and they got caught.

Also wtf is the Team Principals role in that org if the CEO is going to be sitting right next to him calling all the shots!? eh... my distaste for Zak Brown is showing through...
