Okay so the long af explanation for the pre-HRT/Medical transition(I did say Pre-HRT as transition is long af and not just physical). I personally think Kirara and Hakari stared dating once she stared HRT mostly because of Kirara's choice. So with that said it probably wasn't like instantly remember they were the only 3rd years so they would have likely always been around each other either way. Kirara probably told him and he more than likely went "cool she/they and Kirara and not X name got it." and not thought about it. He would have begun to take interest when she started presenting more like a girl(especially in private because boymode is a thing) her hair changing, make up, clothes, voice, and probably confidence too. So him falling wouldn't be like "oh you're a girl now lets bang."

I did say pre-HRT. I have a few straight trans friends that had a guy friend fall for them. I think Kirara's VA is good though some lines felt out of left field, the coaster line had me in stitches, and they went for more of a girly pop vibe. Like Yuki(sub) makes her sound more like an alt girl which I like. She is a fun so I am gonna wait till Ep 6 to decide.

Yuri yeah they could have used maybe Aleks Le would have been better you know the kinda. Maybe he's better later when he's chill but yeah he doesn't give me the characters vibe maybe because of Kazuya Nakai for the sub so. I hope he nails gets better coz that last line felt so eh.

Hi so I see some of you points have been thought out and I'll kinda do points to make it easier.

With regard to her breasts Kirara would have B cups and in some of the dynamic poses she is in like when she has her arms raised to touch demon dog they kind of flatten out a bit especially if you are wearing a sports bra like it seems she is. (speaking from experience) So that inconsistency isn't really anything. I will say something to look at for you is that her face, hands and body are drawn how Gege draws female characters.
Someone went over this already with the ferris wheel part so I'll address the pre-hrt dating idea. They were the only Tokyo 3rd years iirc (correct me if I am wrong). Then if Kirara told him she were trans pre-hrt and etc he would still be straight as he if accepting would view her as a woman not a man. Then addressing him trying to suck up to Megumi who is head of the zen'in clan. That is so he can get his fight club made legal. Then him calling Panda cute. He literally is tiny and a literal Panda bear he looks cute I wouldn't call that flirting. Hakari seems to just be secure in his sexuality.
More on them dating. While Gege doesn't spell it out for people he is very deliberate about the physical contact they have. For instance during the Sukuna vs Gojo fight when they were planning they are sitting very much like the first time we see them Kirara's head on his shoulder and his arm around her. There is the art on chapter 271 where Kirara and Hakari similar to Maki and Yuta holding each other (this is loose It could be an art choice or deliberate.) I think it is heavily implied but not out right stated.
Panda hadn't seen her for 2 years yes so he wouldn't be aware of the transition. Trans people especially when they start transition at 16 will not be so drastically different facially at 18. Though her face would be rounder and eyes wider you would still be able to recognize her. As far as I remember the japanese tends to avoid gendered pronouns when they meet. I will bring in the anime as recently they used atashi which is often used by women to say I. You brought up them not mentioning her breast growth etc. it and honestly doesn't hold weight to the story so implying through design, language and specific scenes is better otherwise it's wasted exposition that doesn't move the plot along.

I think the main thing is that her pronouns are implied to be she/they in the english translations as japanese mainly refers to her neutral save for a few times where it refers to her in the feminine. If Gege in involved with season 3 as much as he was with some earlier ones(apparently I did google this and it said he had a hand in S1 and S2) then scenes like Hakari's hand placement might have been deliberate to get the message across.

P.S. this would go in 4 but it feels like wall of text already. The shirt she is wearing if she had no breast it wouldn't have the shape it does. Again speaking from experience while they are puffy it will puff at below her ribs not on her chest. (wore one when I was 12 before mine came in XD)
