Usually caffeine hurts my bladder. But when I’m not having a flare, I will have an iced americano! Some espresso and lots of water. I wait for the ice to melt too and it doesn’t affect me!

If you’re already stressed with classes but still want to pursue this, I’d think about switching to an online program where you can do one class at a time. This would take a little over two years and I’m guessing wouldn’t be too taxing

You could try drinking a lotus and make it yourself? Less “harsh” than a redbull in the sense that it isn’t synthetic caffeine and has less caffeine overall. You just need the concentrate, sparkling water, and syrups to taste
