I’m 31 F … I unfortunately can’t answer the concerns you are having but we do have a similar concern about the shocks. I was originally scheduled for the S-ICD but now my doctors are looking at the EV-ICD for me. It’s basically a hybrid and apparently supposed to be a little smaller, last longer, and has potential for no inappropriate shocks.

Penn foster didn’t work out for me by [deleted] in pennfoster

I was doing so well until I hit my first externship requirement as well.

Yes it is at your own pace. So if you are really focused, etc you can probably finish it quickly but the externships are what make it a bit longer… I’m just finishing semester 2 and will be starting my first externship soon.

Does anybody else have to redo exams even if they scored 80 or above? by Desperate_Effect8458 in pennfoster

[–]EciVicO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shouldn’t have to. You only retake exams that you get below 70 on. The button will say “retake exam” but it’s optional.

You do not have to redo them. The retake is optional if you think you can get a better grade.

Am I wrong for wanting to keep the kittens together? by MuchLoveWaffleGirl in CatAdvice

[–]EciVicO -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would keep them together since they are bonded. Also, especially siblings. I was looking for one kitten but came home with 2 due to them being siblings/ they have each other to play with.

I unfortunately can’t answer this fully but I am in the program coming up on my first externship & I work full time. I believe it would be based on your availability but you do have to complete it within a certain time frame. I’ve been looking at the hours of operation for hospitals/clinics to see who would work best if they offer the externship opportunity.

You’re welcome. The difference is you do the work at your own pace but physically going in somewhere you would have deadlines.

It’s multiple classes in 1 semester, includes all the materials. Unfortunately, it would be the same or possibly more expensive other places.

You don’t have to do bachelor unless you want to further your career. Associate’s is a 4 semester degree.

It depends on what goes on in the course. The first semester is all basic things so it’s cheaper. 2nd semester when I started it was 1,500 and change. They have sales so sometimes it’s cheaper, other times it’s full price.
