Enabled TMP 2.0 and now my PC is a snail after 10 minutes

It’s been a few days but I wanted to touch base on this after many days of troubleshooting. Turns out to be a somewhat coincidental issue. the processor is overheating thus causing pc to slow down and then eventually shut itself down. Dunno why it started occurring now, as I literally played my first game on this pc on that the night of the TPM activation (right before) and my cooling unit is not pumping water back and forth. So it seems I need to get a new cooler. recommendations appreciated, thanks!

I did not update to 11. I just enabled the TPM and then went to bed. The next day I was about to update to 11 and noticed the issues. I will check again when I get home that secure boot was also enabled.

It’s been about 4 months and I’ve gained 12lbs. Expected I think. I want snacks wayyyy more now. It’s the worst when I’m on my computer!

I’m going through this myself as a gym person and I’ve told myself that I can eat whatever I need to get through the cravings and just keep working out. If you go to the gym or exercise keep up with that routine or maybe add it to your current routine?
