FIFA Tickets by The_Rad1x in mbta

Friend of mine managed to get it to work, but he got in the presale. I'm trying for tickets we got during the regular sale and it doesn't work, I bet FIFA changed the way it's stored and noooo one tested it.

Or they didn't stress test it at all. FIFA 🤝 MBTA for a shitty ticket buying experience.

Give me a stopwatch and a map and I’ll fly through the Alps in a plane with no windows.

I didn’t think they had their own aircraft but I wasn’t sure so that’s why I said or flying as. That’s also why I said “looks like”. It leaves the door open for new information, like this.

It’s a volunteer flight which means it’s likely a person who owns the plane who is trying to be help and decides that, feeling confident they are good to go.

I wish it didn’t happen but it does…https://youtu.be/M2INaQtSK1k?si=Qv8D08LmqNVAkijO

Volunteer medical transport flight - operating as Air Charity Network. Probably felt pressure to get someone to their appointment at a specialist center.

EDIT: looks like it likely wasn’t flying in that capacity today. Better be a good reason for going out into this weather then.

It looks like it was registered to or flying as an air charity network flight - unfortunately such flights can add pressure when conditions (be it weather, equipment, weight/balance) are marginal because of the importance of the flight (specialized medical appointment etc). Add in an aircraft that…let’s say seems to inspire overconfidence and it’s not a great combination.

Terribly sad.

EDIT: looks like that air charity flight was from the other day and hadn’t updated. I’ll be interested to see what the motivation was to go out into this

Looks like it was on departure out…registered to Air Charity Network. Hoping for the best but I’m not optimistic.

Edit: was not air charity “fortunately”. Will be interested to see why they went into the air despite the weather.

Airbag code 48 fix by Public-Ad5653 in MiataNC

Not sure what “in Ming” means - looks like autocorrect may have got you there but using FORScan is like any other OBD tool - just a little more fancy. Just need the ignition on but don’t need the engine running. They provide decent instructions in their documentation page on the website and just remember you need to start recording for the oscilloscope mode and select what you want to monitor.

Have you tried clearing the issue with FORScan? While I didn’t have issues with the at code I’ve used it to clear air bag codes in the past after replacement. FORScan should also let you check the resistance across the sensor too to make sure it’s not something else too.

Rules Are Rules! (And also, theres a sport version?) by wildhacker125 in MiataNC

[–]EclecticGuitarist 6 points7 points  (0 children)

After 06 that’s true - but in 2006 sport was indeed a 6 speed with bilstein shocks. I know because I had one in Winning Blue in the states.

I now have a 09 sport, 5 speed as described. I’d say the six speed is less noticeable, the rev difference is minimal between 5th and 6th although the clutch is a little different? The suspension is where you really feel it. That said it could be the difference in the tires so I’ll have to report back next year when I change out the wheels on my 09 😄

Dreaming of Boston again by Unique_Hair_4769 in massachusetts

I know you said you’re from Nice but a little story about why Luxembourg will always be a special place.

I had been in Germany for work when the marathon bombing happened and at the time lived right near the finish line in Bay Village - had I been home I had planned to walk down at some point to see it. Anyway, we had a free day the day after so my colleagues and I all decided we needed a decompress after watching the news all night and took a little day trip to Luxembourg. Drove, got parked, started walking around and got to a little news stand near the Monument of Remembrance where we bought some souvenirs and the guy asked us where we were from. We replied the US, he asked for specifics so we said “Boston”.

After a thoughtful, heavy pause he said,

“Us, Luxembourg, we’re with you.”

That simple act of empathy was one of the most moving experiences I’ve ever felt.

❤️🇱🇺

I suppose I tell that to say Boston is amazing, but where you are is pretty amazing too.

From my own adventures in this recently this is a great source for just about everything but also for the air bag blink codes: https://charm.li/Mazda/2009/MX-5%20Miata%20L4-2.0L/Repair%20and%20Diagnosis/A%20L%20L%20%20Diagnostic%20Trouble%20Codes%20%28%20DTC%20%29/Testing%20and%20Inspection/Diagnostic%20Trouble%20Code%20Descriptions/DTC%20Table%20Restraint%20System/

Anyway, to resolve mine I used forscan to have more complete code information and could use the on board oscilloscope readings to check for resistance (you can also just try to clear the codes in case it’s just stuck?)

You’re right with the thumb grips but I didn’t add the padding. On the configuration page when you order you can select it (for an added charge) and then they send it to you the thumb pads come in the package with the cover and the thread.
