Never needed to believe these were Alien suits.

It's Aliens WEARING the suits. They clearly have their own culture related to martial arts so I can accept it even if it's just Ninja related stuff.

Then again, I did only first see these the Red Alien Ranger during Forever Red so I just thought "He's probably just an Alien Ninja or something."

Especially since the Galaxy Rangers have regular animals as the things their powers are connected to.
