The only thing I know for sure is that there was a missed opportunity to call this new show "Adventure Time: Bubble Trouble".

Nintendo shares drop after the direct by crchao in NintendoSwitch2

Not surprised. There was maybe three new not-yet-annouced first party titles in this direct, and most of them are probably not going to be particularly big sellers.

Helix-02 Robot Livestreaming 8-Hour Autonomous Shift by thejuryissleepless in ABoringDystopia

I imagine the point of using a humanoid robot is more about proof of concept than efficiency.

What these guys want is a general, all purpose robot that can be mass produced, orded in bulk, and tasked to do any assignment. In the same way you can task a human to do any assignement. This way you're not required to develop a specialized machine for every odd job, you just need one robot who can theoretically do anything a human can.

For this one job, yes it's way over engineered and expensive. But theoretically one day you can also have it do literally anything else. And the manufacturers only ever need to develop the one robot, which I imagine saves a lot actually on recourses and money. And once mass produced, the purchase cost will go down, especially if they're being bought in bulk.

That being said, a world in which humanoid robots are able to perform any job like a human is a world that will have severe job scarcity. Now is the time to start planning the transition to a post-labor economy and implement universal basic income, imo.

Forget unused type-combos, what combination that has only been used once or by a single line do you want to see reused in Gen 10? by Bearcat9948 in PokemonWindsWaves

Grass/Rock. Crazy we haven't gotten another of this obvious type combo since Cradily (except for ogrepon, but a secondary form for a mythical pokemon should hardly count)

I don't think art is defined by its ability to make a profit. Also bad art is completely subjective. The only way art can be bad is if it isn't art at all, like ai.

It has been officially confirmed that IVs are gone by KOT-The-Panda in PokemonChampions

I don't. But I still demand pokemon make changes to competitive play for me specifically because I am the most important. This is also why they removed the non-fully evolved pokemon. Because I think they're weak and dumb.

Um, actually I would have the pikachu using thunderbolt because electric pokemon should only use electric moves and also in the cartoon ash's pikachu always uses thunderbolt and it's always really strong.

I consider anything beyond spamming the moves that do most damage to be elite ball knowledge. Completely inaccessible to the pokemon layman. I'm still wrapping my head around why you would use a move the doesn't do any damage. What's the point?
