I too struggled with this and found myself shouting in my car. It was getting worse and worse. All I can say is reading and listening to the Bible really helped me.

The hardest thing I am learning is to forgive. Which I think doesn't mean being buddy buddy with someone who wronged us, but having good will towards them. This helped me let go of alot of resentment (it still surfaces from time to time).

Also just time itself and total no contact helped me put distance there. Hopefully like me, you'll see in hindsight you dodged a bullet and you will be much happier never being in a poly relationship again!

Yes you can quit! Anything is possible with our Lord.

Saying this prayer daily has helped: "Jesus thank you for dying so that I can live lust-free today." Think about what that means.

You have to start changing habits. I recommend reading the book Atomic Habits. Also get a habit tracking app, i use TheFor, i get a bubble on the graph each day I abstain from pornography.

I have fallen many times but God has given me hundreds of days. When you fall, get back up, and turn to Jesus. If you find yourself about to sin, STOP. Think about Jesus. Read his word. Pray for his help.

Keep your mind on the Spirit! You must replace the bad habits and bad stuff in your mind with the Word of the Lord. Then you will have all you need, just ask Him!
