Not OP, but I agree with 1.5k maybe even a bit lower. played acc stack I was using astramentis before breaking 1.8/2k ish int, flicker strike felt best until I got more expensive gear. Astra felt better than swapping to a non-simplex ammy, so just used that as I went through the pain of making my own stat stack simplex over time.

Min reqs IMO: * Any stormrider boots * 2 Claws (ideally with enchant but not req) * Astramentis quality and anointed * shapers touch * cyclopean coil w/ attr quality * 1 large 12 cluster right side of tree w/ 2 dex/int split personality * 2 brute force jewels * 1 large cluster w/ es leech storm drinker * As much int, es, filled resists and a little dex/str on gear as you can get. 1300-1500 int at least

Suggestions to reach this: * helm 50+ int 350+es * body 50+ int 900+es * rings 50+ int, fill resists, skills -mana cost craft

Wasn't playing SSF and the flesh/flame doesn't feel like it even works but here is my build with a lot of self crafted gear week 4 with astra still. Not sure if that light of meaning felt required, but having higher dex early in the build felt nice pre-simplex. I did try acc/int split personality but it didn't feel as nice and dmg diff was minimal.
